Something to think about regarding value-based inquiry

“If you want to move people, it has to be toward a vision that is positive for them, that taps important values, that gets them something they desire, it has to be presented in a compelling way, that they feel inspired to follow.”

Dr. Martin Luther King

Focusing on “values” in an inquiry is so key to bringing community together.  Your “community” is your co-workers, clients, subscribers, constituents, corporate staff/management, or general public.  Understanding how to “listen” to that community, to help bring out critical ideas for change, growth, new product development, etc. is key.  Understanding how the emphasis on values affects this process outcome is part of what the WujiTech Listening Environment and Community Building software excels in.
